I recently had the pleasure of giving my Skoda Octavia to H2O Carz Spa for a deep cleaning and complete treatment following moisture and water accumulation that had unfortunately resulted in fungus and mould developing inside the car. What initially seemed like a rather difficult problem was handled by the team with exceptional professionalism, care and attention to detail. The transformation was genuinely impressive. The car was thoroughly deep-cleaned, the fungus and mould were effectively removed, and the entire interior was brought back to a fresh, spotless and hygienic condition. They paid attention to the smallest details and returned the car looking and feeling remarkably clean — almost like it had just come out of the showroom. What really stood out, however, was their commitment to customer service. The team went above and beyond by personally arranging to pick up my car and drop it back to me after the work was completed. This level of convenience and ownership of the customer’s problem is something you don’t come across very often and speaks volumes about the standards they maintain. A very special shout-out to Ms. Rezina Rubens, one of the partners at H2O Carz Spa. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From the initial conversation until the car was finally delivered back to us, she personally helped coordinate everything, kept us informed, understood our concerns and went out of her way to make sure the problem was properly resolved.
