Got my new 2026 Kia Seltos wrapped with Aegis Armor PPF from CarzSpa recently and overall it was a really good experience. Akhil, the owner, was the one coordinating throughout the process and was always approachable, responsive, and clear in communication. He patiently explained the different PPF options without pushing unnecessary add-ons, which I genuinely appreciated.
The installation quality looks neat with clean finishing and proper edge work, and the car was delivered on time as committed. Another thing I liked was the transparency around the warranty process. I received the official warranty card over email directly from the official CarzSpa handle and could also verify it on their website. Knowing that the 5-year warranty can be availed at any CarzSpa outlet globally gives additional peace of mind.
It’s obviously too early to comment on long-term durability, but based on the overall experience, professionalism, and finish quality, I’m happy with the decision so far.

I recently had Aegis PPF (Paint Protection Film) installed on my Skoda car at this CarzSpa Kharadi, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about protecting vehicles. The consultation process by Akhil was thorough - they walked me through different PPF options and helped me choose the right package for my budget without any pressure. No upselling, just honest advice. They explained exactly why they recommend Aegis PPF - its self-healing properties, hydrophobic coating, and superior clarity compared to other brands.
Everything is done in front of us with utmost care, 100% transparacny with customers. The installation quality is absolutely flawless. The film wraps perfectly around every edge, bumper curve, and door panel with zero air bubbles or lifting edges. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the time they took to do the job right. They didn't rush it.
They took 2 days to install this which is having 5 years of warranty against bubbles/peel off.
The after-care instructions were clearly explained. That kind of customer service is rare.

I chose CarzSpa not because of the brand name, but because of my interaction with Mr. Akhil. He is courteous, approachable, and has a remarkable ability to build trust and rapport with customers from the very first conversation.
While there were a few minor issues after the PPF installation, which can occasionally occur with any technical service, I was highly impressed by the commitment and professionalism shown by Mr. Akhil and Mr. Rishi. They were responsive, supportive, and ensured that every concern was addressed to my satisfaction.
What stood out most was the sense of ownership they demonstrated throughout the process. They treated my car with great care and remained fully committed until all matters were resolved.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of the PPF work and the customer service experience.
One area where I believe there is scope for improvement is the studio presentation. Enhancing the overall ambience and giving the facility a more polished and premium appearance would further strengthen customer confidence and better reflect the quality of service being delivered.

Only suggestion: I would have really appreciated in-process images/videos during the ceramic coating prep. That extra transparency would add more confidence.

I had an excellent experience with the CarzSpa Kharadi centre. I got PPF done for my Kodiaq, and I’m extremely happy with the results. The quality of the PPF coating is truly outstanding—top-notch while still being very cost-effective. Although it’s only been 4 months so far, the finish and protection have been impressive, and I’m confident it will last well in the long run.

Had a great experience with Carzspa kharadi, service was good, the owner Akhil and the staff is polite and provide good service.
I got done the 9h trinity ceramic coating from them and it did restore the shine on my black car and lightened the swirll marks on the hood a little.
After getting the coating done I was facing some issue with the dust particles on the car. They were reacting with the coating and leaving white spots on the whole car, but that issue got resolved by itself after 2 weeks.
So far so good, will leave a detailed review after a few months or a year of how my experience is at the time.
