I had a wonderful experience at CarzSpa when I decided to get ceramic coating for my car. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the owner’s father, who seemed to be managing customer interactions. Despite his age, he was full of energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for their work. He eagerly explained their various services, making me feel welcome and comfortable.
The owner Mr. Jaywant Saraf then took over and professionally guided me through the different ceramic coating options. After understanding my needs, he recommended the graphene ceramic coating and patiently explained why it was the best choice. He also detailed the entire process, mentioning that it would take around three days as it’s an iterative and precise procedure.
When I collected my car on the promised date, I was thrilled with the results. The car had a brilliant shine and looked as good as new. The team’s expertise and customer service truly stood out. Thank you, CarzSpa - Ponda, for such a satisfying experience!
