Awesome people at the place, the owner himself handles the clients and it is an absolute great experience, the solutions the service quality and the people are too good, they know what they are doing, I had my Jeep Meridian in for a cleaning procedure and I’m really satisfied, I’ll soon be availing more services with them. 10/10 highly recommended.

I purchases a new Innova Hycross and was looking for right kind of person and place to get ceramic coating of PPF done. This is where I came across Carzspa Mulung and called them, Kunal was the person who recieved the call and he was extremely helpful in taking decition regarfing the coating. He first understood my requirements and gave me unbiased opinion on what wpuld be best for for my requirements. Kunal was very open during the conversation and did not try to sell the product by giving wrong information. After a 15 min chat I was sure that this is the right place for me to go and he sounded very trustworthy. I chose Graphene coating for my car and I must say that I was extremely happy with the quality of work done by team Carzspa Mulund, the process followed was exactly what was explained to me and at each step I was shared small videos of the process. The final result was amazing and I am fully satisfied with the work. I selected CarzSpa Mulund for Ceramic coating and Sun films for my Honda Elevate after evaluating 7 other detailing studios including one more outlet of CarzSpa in Thane. My reasoning was their hunger for business, reasonable price, transparency of inclusions in selected service, excellent facilities and certified professionals. Discussion with Kunal was very cordial and informative. He understood my requirement and conditions in which my car will remain in my building (parking, washing) post coating. After factoring in my cost constraints, suggested 10h ceramic coating and Aegis sun films. This personal attention to my needs and concerns sealed the deal. A schedule for actual service was decided and my car went in for it. Their team did a good job of preparing the car for ceramic coat- I could see a marked improvement in gloss even though my car was brought home from showroom barely 15 days ago. Finally, coating was done in an enclosed dust free zone and next day she was delivered to us. Of course she looked awesome but I waited to see effect of coating in real world. After 3 weeks I’m glad to say that CarzSpa Mulund did a good job! Thank you Kunal, Mayuri and team CarzSpa. I’ll keep visiting for my car care services in future.
