⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service and Quality PPF Installation!
My first and foremost impression was the way they attended to customers with great attention to detail, patiently explaining everything about ceramic coating and PPF and the differences between the two.
I initially visited with the mindset of getting ceramic coating for my Kia Seltos 2026 model. However, the trust and confidence they built by showing their own car with PPF installed, explaining its quality, and highlighting its benefits completely changed my mind.
What impressed me most was the quality of the PPF, the adhesive used, the TPU material, and its self-healing capability. They also explained the officially registered warranty, which gives additional peace of mind.
It has been almost a month since the installation, and I have already travelled to my native place and returned. The first follow-up on the 10th day after installation was excellent. They checked the installation, addressed any issues, and ensured everything was taken care of. After my first long drive, a few minor pores became noticeable, but their after-sales service really stood out. They followed up, listened patiently to my concerns, and attended to the issues promptly.
A special mention to Sujith and Nishant for their excellent customer service, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
What I appreciate most is that they are not the kind of people who chase customers for five-star ratings and reviews. They earn those five stars through their quality of work, genuine customer care, and excellent after-sales service. That, to me, is the true mark of a customer-focused business.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality car detailing, PPF installation, and reliable after-sales support. If you value quality, transparency, and customer care, this is definitely a place worth considering!
